The only one on your list I haven’t tried cooking is the artichoke, and the only one I have to stay away from unless I want hives is the mushroom. Otherwise, it’s plant-based all the way for me. I just cut up some fresh pineapple this morning, then used several pieces in a green smoothie this afternoon. Refreshing!

Thanks for the recipe tip. Since this URL also explained an artichoke sauté/stem option, I’m going with the top of stove less time before the big chow down feast!🤪
