The translation of the sanskirt word Yoga means, “union.” To join with control. The practice of yoga asks us to honor ourselves and the world around us–one breath at a time. You don’t begin yoga because you’re already flexible. You begin yoga to find the flexibility in your body, mind, and being. The practice is designed to not only help you become fit, but to let go–one post at a time.

As a teacher, I will lead you through poses with verbal guidance and hands on adjustments, but you should always listening closely to your own body. And always get your physician’s approval before engaging in any physical activity such as yoga.

Classes are private or semi-private with up to *six people at your location of choice: your home, yard, local park, etc.
