Thursday – Power Yoga: 7pm – 55 minute fast and dynamic vinyasa* yoga class. This class focuses on building full body strength, increasing flexibility, and finding balance. This moderate to rigorously paced class will explore beginning to advance postures. Moderate yoga experience is recommended but all levels are welcome!
Friday – Hatha Style: Cool Down Yoga: 10:05am – 45 minute mixed-level classes that provides a balanced combination of sustained poses with attention to basic alignment and therapeutic principals. This style of yoga provides a great stretch and strengthens the body. Perfect class to stretch out sore muscles.
Friday – Slow Flow and Restore: 11:30am – 70 minutes combination class beginning with slow flow yoga linking unhurried breath with movement, intensified by mindfully holding postures for several breaths, awakening your body and clearing your mind and finishing with deeply relaxing and tension releasing poses held for longer periods of time with the support of bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps. A fantastic way to end your week!
Monday – Barre Fit: 10:30am – 55 minute ballet-inspired class designed to tone, strengthen, and stretch by combining elements of Pilates, ballet, yoga and strength training. All levels welcome.
