YOGA:

The translation of the Sanskrit word Yoga means, “union.” To join with control. The practice of yoga asks us to honor ourselves and the world around us–one breath at a time. You don’t begin yoga because you’re already flexible. People start practicing yoga to increase flexibility in the body and find it also affects the mind and being. Yoga is an 8-fold path created to help people let go of all the stress of daily life and live.
